Step 2 ALL HANDS ON DECK
If you chose to move ahead, step 2 is a one or two day meeting at CxO level to make sure all relevant parts of the organization are on board and define together how they will contribute. The meeting ends with a precise view of deliverables and milestones.
Step 3 REALITY CHECK
Following Step 2, we will have on-going discussions with your appointed project leader to ensure that the vision of the TLD stays in line with your operational, technical and financial aspects. Regular conference calls may be organized to ensure a continuous flow of
information.
Step 4 READY FOR TAKE OFF
When the elements of the project have been agreed and locked, we will assist in devising a proper Business Plan, as asked by ICANN.
Ultimately, we will write and submit the application for your very own extension, fully in line with your vision.
Step 5 RUNNING THE REGISTRY
When you have been awarded your own Internet extension, the domain names will be created on OpenRegistry’s technical backend. Since we were involved from the very beginning, you can make sure the registry runs exactly as you need it to be, both technically and commercially.
